  • What are your hours for drop off & pick up?

    We are open every day from 7am to 10am and 3pm to 5pm.

  • What are your vaccination requirements?

    Proof of vaccinations is required in order to board with us. You can bring hard copies at drop-off or email them to us at valleyviewranchandkennels@gmail.com ahead of time. If you are unsure of your pet’s vaccination record, please let us know and we will gladly call your vet to verify.

    Dogs: DHPP, Bordetella*, and Rabies

    Cats: FVRCP and Rabies; Leukemia for outdoor cats

    *BORDETELLA (DOGS) MUST BE ADMINISTERED AT LEAST 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DROP-OFF DATE.

  • What items should I leave at home?

    Please do not bring bones with your pet—this helps keep everyone safe.

    Please leave dog beds at home—we can’t launder them and we provide our own washable bedding.

    Please leave dog crates at home.

  • What other information will I need to provide?

    We will ask for a local Emergency Contact name and phone number. If there is an emergency and we are unable to reach you or your local Emergency Contact, we will consult with your vet. We will also provide transportation to the vet if needed. You will be expected to pay the charges for the vet services at the time of pick-up.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    Payment is collected when you pick up your pet. Pre-paid deposits are required for extended stays (two weeks or more). Feel free to call us if you have any questions about extended stays.

    We accept checks, cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

  • Do you provide grooming?

    While we currently do not offer full-service grooming, we do offer exit baths for dogs.
